TackPath provides courier dispatch, delivery tracking, and logistics coordination services. By using TackPath, you agree to provide accurate information for pickup and delivery and to use the service lawfully.
TackPath may send SMS messages to independent contractor drivers who have voluntarily opted in to receive SMS communications. These messages may include delivery assignments, route updates, and dispatch notifications related to deliveries assigned to the driver. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Drivers may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
TackPath coordinates delivery logistics between customers and independent drivers. While we work to ensure timely and accurate delivery, TackPath is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account and contact information and for any activity conducted through your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TackPath after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
